Coming Up: The Hymn History Almanac!
Hi! It’s Jim, editor of Wordwise here. You might have noticed that a lot of recent posts have been a little more hymn related. That’s because we’re gearing up for a year of daily hymn history posts!
These posts, originally published over twelve years ago, have been updated and will be re-published, Lord willing, right here, starting tomorrow and continuing for a year. Each day features one or more important dates in the history of hymns, with accompanying lyrics and stories. Even if you haven’t been especially interested in hymns in the past, I think you’ll really enjoy what’s coming. You’ll learn a lot, and you’ll be blessed as we continue to connect with God’s Word.
These are great posts to read each day, and even to share with your family.
